Here are a few observations:- The weather was great, the people were welcoming, the hotel was largely staffed by Mexican people who I found to be charming and the food in the local restaurants was excellent.
The traffic was horrendous, the airport security body searches were somewhat humiliating and the grid road system lacked the mystery of the winding mountain roads in Wales where every mile presents a new vista.
Thanks.....then you know the Huntington Beach Hotel which used to be a Holiday Inn?...............and the Villa Nova..like all Welshmen I sing, and had an invitation to do a blues number there...raptuous applause of course...
