Though it may have some flaws, I'm in favor of the fair tax.

I need to think about that one. My first inclination is to use real military police. First person to approach you does not have lethal weapon, the second who stands 20 ft back is fully armed. Typical military police procedure used an Non-US international airports.

National Security: 1) and 4) above. Basic military understanding. A nation that is not strong can not support a war.
Illegals, drug dealers and other non-law abiding citizens put the burden of taxation on legal citizens undermining the strength of the nation.
A national sales tax on all items distributes the burden across law abiding and non law abiding. Plus, illegals have less money to send back home, more of it stays in the US.
Foreign oil provides the money for terrorists. You want to win the war on terror you have to attack the money supply. The technology to reduce US foreign oil dependency by 25% in less than two years is already there.

Unfortunately, your suggestions are to simple and easy to implement. Our politicians wouldn't be able to "pork" up these ideas. Doing away with the tax code would force thousands of people to go out and get real jobs. This would also have the effect of shrinking the government which few politicians are in favor of.

1) Eliminate personal income tax and replace with a national sales tax on anything bought and sold within the boundaries of the United States.
2) Change the laws so that if someone sues me or anyone else and loses in Court, they immediately have to pay my expenses, my lawyer's fees, and the court fees. If they can not afford to pay then their lawyers have to pay.
3) Abolish parole. It came in with prohibition and should have gone out at the same time.
4) Reduce US dependency on Foreign Oil, the real home land defense.
