second i use this site for the forums really not for dating and i know a vast majority of people do although there are the lucky few who actually find someone.
a site i have used in the past and have found to be extremely successful is the gumtree you can errm advertise yourself and there are women that advertise themselves aswell try it out i am not trying to advertise other sites but it worked for me.
good luck on finding someone you will get there eventually however hard it may seem
