seek love and you will find it
seek not love and you will not find it
but love is always around us
but we never see it
cause we are too busy looking
else where for it
we seek love for all humans
has the need to be love
has the need to share their
love with someone else
we tell oursevles after we had our heart broken
we are not going to seek out love again
but over time we feel this force deep inside
pulling us to seek out love once more
we try to fight it and tell oursevles
that we are not going to seek out love again
only to have our heart broken once more
but we cannot overcome the force that is pulling is
here we are once more seeking out love
while we still feel the hurt and pain
from having our heart broken before
we pray that once we find love
that we will not have our heart broken once more
at first we are afraid to love again
out of fear of having our heart broken once more
but some how some way we find a way to overcome that fear
we reach out to someone else
in hopes that we will find love once more
we hope and pray that this time
our dreams and prayers will be answer
that this time we will find true love after all

no matter who they are
can only be measured
by the goodness of the heart
for some the exterior may be rough and weathered
but their true beauty only shines all the better
i have met folks that have the beauty and the bodies
but hearts cold as steel caring for nobody
then there are the ones
no matter their looks
that would give a smile,word,a part of themsevles
to help one less fortunate them they
and expect nothing in return except to say
thank you for being there and helping point the way
it is that inner beauty that shines forth from you
it shows in everything you say and do
for i have never heard you ever condemn
even the smallest and weakest of men
for all that you see you carry a smile
to those that receive it it lasts for miles
and so it is that true beauty must begin
not from without but from only within
the giving of oneself so selfleslly
that the whole world can see the beauty in thee
