I've hit day #12 without smokes, if I can do it you can too. Just decide it's time and suffer through the withdrawls that'll hit you like a truck.

Well just stop! I did. There are 3500 forbidden substances in cigarets, one substance is a woman's greatest enemy, it is a substance that takes the elasticity out of your skin. I have a neighbour, she smokes and is just past forty and she looks 60, minimum!

I watched and still am watching my mom, and one brother hack and cough and now my daughter.
Its crazy because with my daughter I have already noticed a big difference in her health and she doesn't even smoke that much per day.

I quit about 10 years ago. Cold turkey. Best thing I ever did in my life. I wish I had never gotten started on the damn things. Smoking cigarettes was without a doubt the STUPIDEST thing I've even done in my entire life. Looking back it's hard to believe that I was actually that stupid. But I was.
I am so glad that I quit when I did. If I were still smoking today I really would be in the pits of depression.
