My first crush was the first guy I laid my eyes on in the summer holidays.
I just got out of boarding school (girls only) and was 15. I was in the field behind my parents house and ran along the Arabic horse my father had bought. Loved the horse as it could go sideways, bend the forelegs walk backwards etc. A young man about 17 (man in my young eyes) approached me. I had seen him waiting in the house before and had talked to him. He had big blond curls and big dark blue eyes that looked kind and sad at the same time. My heart was pounding in my chest. My head turned red. I gave him directions told him my parents were inside. He said I know I came here for you. I nearly fainted. He asked what i was doing. Then he started chasing me. when I fell in the cut hay in the field he helped me up and I found myself in the arms of my true love. I felt butterflies in my stomach ( and the peering eyes of my mother through the window). He wanted to be engaged to me. He went to talk to my parents and told me he was going to tell his mum the good news.
Ill never forget him and the butterflies I felt. Him who can top that must be a real lover.

Dasati: isnt it terrible to be able to rem the face of your first crush but not the name?

Don't feel too bad, there is a saying here that goes->you might not remember the face of a person, you may not remember what the words were that you two talked about but you will always remember how that person made you feelapplause
