can anyone tell me what is bipolar depression?what causes it and can it be cured??help
HealthyLiving
I believe that bi-polar depression, which most doctors tend to say is a "chemical imbalance", is really an amino acid deficiency. Aminos are Brain Food.

It can be cured by changing your diet to include the foods which give you more aminos. You should research Amino Acid Therapy or get the book, "The Way Up From Down" by Priscilla Slagel, M.D. A safe new program that relieves low moods and depression with amino acids and vitamin supplements. You can find the ebook online to read for free or order the book from Amazon for a very low price. This book gives you the program, tells you which supplements to take daily and the dosage. You can also check nearby Holistic doctors to see if they do Amino Acid therapy. The results are very quickly noticable. Also, no side effects and it's safe. No chemicals (pharmaceuticals) are envolved. Chemicals are unsafe and they break down the immune system!!!

I hope this helps you, but be sure to learn all you can about it. Research Amino Acid Therapy on the net so you will gain understanding of it.

Thank you, HealthyLiving,

you beat me to it by a couple of hours.
I could not have said it much better.

When I looked in on Sunday I'd seen the question, but did not have enough time to answer. When I looked again to answer it was done already.
Thanks again.

Pedzi03:
Bipolar depression can have many triggers, but chemical imbalances as well as environmental influences can have a major role to play. I would advise to have some allergy tests and/or environmental tests done.

Take care
