Most people know Danzig for his song "Mother," but, don't bother to listen any further. Lucifuge, which is the second solo album from Glenn Danzig after The Misfits and Samhain, is a very blues/rock album. Songs like I'm the One give you the blues, chills down your spine; while songs like Devils plaything have the rock feel. His voice is a mixture between Jim Morrison, and Elvis. Danzig I will admit is my favorite artist at this time, and if you get the chance to ever see him live, I say do so, you won't be let down.

During his time in the seminal hardcore band the Misfits, vocalist Glenn Danzig displayed a fascination with outlandish, graphic, often gory imagery; in forming the more heavy metal-oriented band Samhain, Danzig's lyrics delved into typical metal subject matter, but took the concept of darkness to an extreme.Similar Music
