I love Bastille. I think they are one of the most original bands around at the moment. Dan Smith (singer/songwriter)is a lyrical genius. His voice is unique as is his songwriting skills. Most of the songs on this album are made up stories from mythology/history and other peoples experiences. It is creative, imaginative and original! The sound is unique as it goes from extremly electronic tracks to rock songs. The music is epic and cinematic.
I absolutely love Bastille! It usually takes me a while to start liking someone different but with these it was instantaneous.
