For so long, I battled and struggled with depression.
As a Polynesian Male, from a very young age we are taught not to talk about our feelings but to push forward.
Through my journey, I have reconnected with the man upstairs, only to realise he never went anywhere.
This song, I would like to share for that person that is battling forward with their own journey, just know it does get easier.
