6 am steaming coffee mug the snacks i like news paper then late
afternoons very busy by 6 pm steaming coffee keeping busy

I keep a strict routine of workouts, good breakfast, and keeping the home clean. I also make a daily to to list before I leave the house. This keeps my life in order as I can't stand chaos. Don't have any lonely nights; just always too much to do.
