I quite enjoy seeing them on the business end of a water cannon. Why?

For those who have not seen it what happened was a group of people dressed in black and wearing ski masks were among the protesters and they set police cars on fire, smashed windows out of businesses, and there was over 600 arrested. It looks like the ones in black were not there to protest and probably didn't even know what the protest was about. They were just there to make trouble and cause destruction which they did. It's been on the news here all weekend and today in Canada.

I personally thought the police should've shot all of the rioters. If they wanna set police cars on fire, destroy property and stand up to police than they should be shot!!! That would send the right message to these types and they might think twice in the future.

Cops have a duty to keep order and i dont know about Canada and the G20 because i didnt see it but here there are always a few dickheads out to cause trouble during a protest such as when they tried to storm the Dail few weeks ago

The group of protesters who cause the problems are called the Black Mask..they travel around to these type of events just to cause problems such as they did here in Toronto. I do not think the police were harsh enough on them. That kind of violence does not solve anything..It only shows that you have complete disregard and respect for others...JMO.
