too long have there been a beared bias in this country
ive been a member of this dating site now for nigh on 30 years and im still single

all the developers/bankers and builders who jacked up their prices
and what about the shop keepers and hotel owners who charges crazy prices for goods and services
oh and dont forget everyone who bought second homes and so caused the inflation of the housing market

capitalism is being able to go out and start up yer own business and being able to keep the profits for yerself
a socialist/communist state is where the profits go to the state and because of that the business owner will never strive to do better cause hes not getting anything out of it

well thats true but for one reason or another no communist state has ever worked
as i said before capitalism is now flourishing in china too

but as i said before the state in china controls the resourses so the people dont get rises in oil the housing market is controlled, its a kind of quasi capitalist/socialist state
