Food is such a joy . I have just had a lovely toasted chicken and mustard sambo.
All you need is : 2 slices of brown bread . Toast one , then add some cold chicken . Put under the grill till the chicken starts to steam. Then toast the other silce of bread. Repeat process. Take from the grill and add your mustard .You can use any mustard , but my preference would be for Colemans English.
NOTE : add the mustard last as it isn't nice when the mustard is put on the sandwich first.
