Hey Have you tried warm milk? No brain teaser there lol. I have insomnia and think that you need to do lots of activities like sport and perhaps gyming, this is sure to tire you out and put you into deep sleep. You are awake cos your mind is far too active, it really needs to shut down. Perhaps seek hypnotheray- that also helps.
