The best thing to do is just be honest. Don't beat around the bush. But don't get into a heated argument and if she wants to yell and scream, just leave. Also a public place to tell someone sounds like a good idea, but it just makes the other person feel like you betrayed them and publicly embaressed them. Do it at their residence so you can always walk out the door if things get too heated.
Just let her know how you feel, that you don't feel the need to associate with people with that kind of lifestyle.
