OMG, I think you stopped at the VA Visitor Center outside of St Petersburg, VA. They are the most helpful people I've ever met at a state-owned visitor center. VA looked at closing some of their visitor centers a few years ago. So, now, my car never passes that one. I have to at least stop in and sign the guest book.
I did the Chesapeake Bag Bridge Tunnel last year when I took my son back to DE. It was worth the costs considering the traffic taking the Washington-Baltemore route. Now days, I just buy him an round trip Amtrak ticket. Not much in difference in costs, considering the cost of gas.

I think it's time to move. Or, get some paranormal researchers there to check it out. For me, moving would be alot easier and I do hate relocations.
