Thanks for the Welcome daniel. I did read a good blog a few days ago and was going to comment on it the next day but discovered it was gone! I couldn't figure out why because it was a good blog. Guess it was one you are referring to.

I have 7 grandchildren (that includes "step" grandchildren,) but I love them all the same. I wish I could see them more often. They are gifts from God and I am blessed to have them in my life.

Scott.....I am also quiet and reserved but I have an awesome sense of humour, so I do appreciate someone who is funny and outgoing. I don't think you are doing anything wrong...you just haven't met the right woman yet, one who will appreciate you for who you are.

Personally, I like a man who is funny and outgoing BUT who also knows how & when to be quiet and reserved -- a good balance. I do believe that is possible....isn't it Scott?

I don't post many comments anywhere because I find there are so many sarcastic and back biting people and that is really sad. But I sincerely think you are a classy guy and I have enjoyed your blogs. All the Birthday wishes/comments to you show how highly regarded you are.

GoDaniel....Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. I am new here but won't be posting anymore comments with the exception of something like this one. I have found some people to be pretty sarcastic and mean to each other. Your blogs have been great and I hope you enjoy your day. We all have a lot to be thankful for, and you are right.....love is the most amazing gift!

It's cold here in Nova Scotia Canada too, but a beautiful sunny day. Only a dusting of snow on the ground. I'm happy to be alive too. By the way, New Hampshire is a beautiful state. I have only been there in the summer but enjoyed it very much.

I read lots of profiles but only contact a few of them. Sometimes it could be because the men specify in their profile that they only want to hear from petite women, women of a specific ethnicity, or an atheist etc....... I don't qualify in any of those areas, so it would be a waste of his time and mine if I sent a reply.

I do understand what you mean though, and I hope you will be patient,and hopefully you will begin to receive some mail and find someone who is compatible. Good luck.
