capricorn62 the best place to find a friend. is local and in social networks but do be safe. there are people out there that will hurt others. churches are great. just going out and meeting new friends wherever you go and building relatonships is a awsome ways to build relationships. all you need to do is say hi and if the person says hi begin talking to them. thats my best advice to you. all things start with hello how are you. also remember that kindness is important too be kind to everyone -Apcarl
it all depends because when we write to use name place and things you should start useing Capital letters for the first word. example Hello My name is Carl. do you see how I used capital for my name and for the beginning of a sentence. you also need to caps the first letter like My when addressing yourself I, my things like that
