Before providing advice such as the above OP, it it not advisable to actually acknowledge that there are underlying reasons why certain participants are reacting in the way that they are? Is it not perhaps that some knitting is being done with only one needle, or one card is missing from a full pack which might make it finally happen that some individuals may become slightly mad? It is one thing to say that everyone should live in bloggers paradise, but ignore the fact that certain individuals continue unabated with activities that eventually lead to others reacting against such abusive behaviour. Then all hell breaks out when the people that are tired of the behaviour finally lose their cool. Perhaps if those of you providing advice were more involved in stopping some of the manipulative games at the very beginning, the situation would not have deteriorated to the current level.
