I stop having dinner when I am at home, instead drink green juice which I squeeze freshly with my slow juicer and I do this no later than 7.30pm and have nothing for the rest of the night. Plus I walk at least 45 minutes fast on treadmill 3-4 times a day. Off course I eat very balanced during the day. Whenever I do this it works for me and I lose weight.
