Fascinating post raising the question " what makes us human?" An interesting topic !
Our DNA is 99% identical to that of a chimpanzee, one of the closest living relatives to us humans... And having said that.. our DNA can be changed due to spiritual enlightenment, by many factors that influence change, like chemicals or spontaneous mutations, even errors in replication.
DNA consists of billions of bases and 99% of those are found to be the same in ALL people...
So Neanderthal, I suppose making up for 1% .. I just don't like the idea of an injection that I believe contains a protein which will alter my DNA which cannot be un-done..
I do believe in bloodlines..

@Jim , your photography is really good. Hummingbird pic is awesome. Just to mention that there are thousands of bee species smaller than the honey bee, identification of the insect flying close to the butterfly may be tricky.. an egg of small bed is the polyester bee..

RE: Name ONE positive that has come out of the stay at home.

Greetings from SA to all thank you for a positive blog with an interesting and relevant topic. For me being in lockdown has given me time to do all the arts and crafts that I had left uncompleted.. Or to do those things around the house that I never had time for.
Procrastination they say is a thief of time no more excuses!
Getting creative again with oil painting, beading and all sorts of arts and crafts has been the hi-light of my time spent in lockdown.
Fortunately for me I had a few odds and ends in storage and was able to keep myself busy with what I already had, I may have been very bored and even further frustrated otherwise
