Good question...usually when I out with friends, male or female we either split the bill or one of us pays knowing that when we get together again the other will pick up the tab. For first dates, if the guy asks then for the 1st one, yes he should pay. After that, a good woman would at least pick up the tab or offer to pay her way. I usually pay the bar bill since I love my wine and it can get pricey
