human nature tends to bear grudges and we find it hard to forgive Jesus tells us harden not your Hearts . I think bearing grudges damages us mentally and emotionally . We need to accept forgiveness .and move forward as adults. There has been a lot of damaged people not able to forgive and forget , out of our sinful nature . The people who cant forgive will not prosper to well look at the state of the world but individually we are responsible for actions .
