Yea, not much going on in this site as far as dating. It is the slowest site out there so if you are looking for lots of action there is none. Just lots of forums, blogs, and stuff like that.
This site is very slow...I don't know where everyone is 1/2 the time, but yes....probably watching the Winter Olympics or just busy with life....I watch the Olympics but have my laptop on at the same time...multitasking is not usually what men do. LOL...
Well James, you have to be very proactive on a site like this as I involve myself in blogs,forums, groups, etc...and still there is little action or interaction I should say. On the other hand, if you are not looking for something serious it is a good starting place to get your feet wet and to see what is out there and just to move slowly. I got on two other sites and there was so much all at one time that it overwhelmed me, so it just depends on what you need right now and from what you have said this may be a good starting place however if you need to see more interaction and want to try the other sites that are very overwhelming try them out...I can't even remember the names but you can search free internet dating and see there are others out there. Hang in there and heal and take it easy would be my advice. Welcome to this site.
Thank you ladies for responding to the Valentine post. It is so neat to see all the different ways we can celebrate a special day. I too took my twin boys to the movie to see, "From Paris with Love" and then to lunch. It was a great time! Funny to respond to my own post, but really it is just neat to interact with everyone. Thanks for your input.
Well, try a few other sites as well as this ones seems to just die or something....lol... There is POF (Plenty of fish site) and there is singlesnet.com It is ok to be on several sites just for this reason. I just use my same pictures and name... This one has the best set up but it seems like you don't get much communication. The other two sites are completely the opposite and almost overwhelming with response. LOL....just dive in to all you can and see what happens...These sites are free as well unless you want to pay for extras in which I don't. Be patient; you are still very young and be comfortable in your own skin. It doesn't matter who gets you...you are smart, pretty and have a nice life and family and no one can take any of that away. I am 41 and there are no perfect men out there just like there are no perfect women. Keep an open mind but don't settle for anything but what you are comfortable with with out losing yourself in the process. Hang in there and it is ok.
Well, to me it is a statement of what he obviosly likes. I found that funny to see a man on a singles site next to a woman. It is a statement and you are reading that well, so if you feel like you are not the standard...move on ...there are so many to look at that are not making statements.
