I must also point out that you never mentioned if the two ladies know about each other? Can't have your cake and eat it too.
Since I am of the apparently outdated belief that posting my pic in any public forum is simply asking for trouble, both personally and professionaly, my opinion may be of no consequence; however, here it is for what it's worth.
If the female is an ex, I think he's an idiot for posting the pic and I move on.
If the female is a family member, I wonder if she knows he is using her pic on his profile and I have concerns about his level of respect for the privacy of others and I move on.
It takes about 15 seconds of my time and then I'm done with it.
