I live in the Bible Belt so I dont come across many folks who think like me when it comes to religion....While in college, I made the comment in a personality class that I thought religion controlled folks thru fear....the gasps were almost audible...this is not to say that I dont believe in a Creator, because i do...I use the word God for communication purposes, but it isnt the "name" that's important, only the concept that the Creator is about love...i find that religion tends to be exclusive, rather than inclusive...and seems to practice separtation, rather than unity....for me, inspiration is always present and may be "packaged" in many physical forms...a flower..a full moon.....a shooting star...a child....a person....for me, inspirtation is a connection to my spirit, which is always in contact with the universe...the energy frequency of infinate spirits...infinate wisdom...self discoveries...a 'place" that allows me to identify and correct thinking errors
