I'm no doctor, but maybe you should quit smoking, another thing you could do is, try to lessen the in take of meat you eat, what I mean by that is, what is the most type of meat you eat, try eliminating that from your diet, then go from there, I myself am a vegetarian, and certain things I have eliminated from my diet, such as oil, like canola oil, or plain cooking oil, because I get the same effects your getting, the back pain may be caused from the way you sleep, whether its laying on your side, or on your chest, or on your back, and depending on the bed, and how it is positioned.
