Lol. Fake huh? How in the hell do you really expect to find out if someone on an online match making site is real? I do not mean if there photo is a real picture of them. What I mean is most people are going to say pleasant things about themselves in order to attract someone, "the bait", if you will. The important thing to remember is to stay true to yourself. Set your standard of the type of person you want to be with and accept nothing else even if it means to continue being alone. If you accept anything less, then it is you that is being fake to yourself and you will find yourself dealing with the fake.
You must be nutz. Do you really think that you are going to get the professional help that you obvioulsy require on this site? It is apparent that you have access to a computer, so how about trying to find a medical institution i.e. urgent care units or medical facilities for low income to no income individuals before you fall over?
