In an ideal world I would agree with you. Love is blind. But I also believe that it is blind for a reason. For if we really had any control over where our love is or with whom it is...most of us would not be married. There would not be babies being brought into this world. And there would be a lot more hate.
As for hate is thee to protect us. For what is a person to do when they are being hurt by the one they love?
There are many twisted souls in this world. That think that causing pain is a show of love. And when they are removed from our lives the hate that is in their soul becomes so great that thier only mission is to cause you as much pain as possible.
