Yes its true, thats why I dont believe in the saying that is better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all. Is better never to have loved than to feel that pain of the loss for a lifetime.

research the company
have questions of you own
Dress? etc

Well make eye contact with interviewer with out staring and if more than one on the panel, look at the person that asks the question first then include the others
Never badmouth previous employer
