I never ask them to chat right off the bat, but i do try to get to know them, tell them a little about me, ask about them....just seeing who they are...
That i don't know my friend, because see, it has happened to me more in the last couple of months here than ever before, i will email and just try to get to know them, i don't know if i say the wrong thing or scare them off or what.....
It's not my loss is the way i look at it, however that may seem like...egotistical but i can't think that i have done something wrong when i was willing to get to know them.;..
