talk to the person you are to meet with often ask questions the same ones often keep notes on what they say so you can see if the respond the same let more than one person know where you are meeting

Wikked, i was going through some tough times when i started here and went through times since i have vented here i may not call some of my friends here but i know if i need i can and i have chatted with some of them on MSN and Yahoo and they have been a great source of comf. to me and of course my family
