Since Tuesday was the voting deadline, the votes were tallied. Votes counted from both those who can't post to thread and those that have show August 25th-August 27th being the date for it!
If there is any chance of you making it, please post to this thread so I have an idea as to who may be coming. I am going to go hunting for blocks of rooms and discounts on them. The more rooms we can get as a 1-shot deal, the cheaper it'll be for all, and if people go with room-sharing, cost goes down even more yet. I will leave this open a week before taking a rough guesstimate as to how many are needed, and will go from there.
