It's not private like they'd want you to believe. When you go to vote there's a number on the ballot and they record that by your name in their book. I keep getting calls to go door to door for the party I vote for and they know how I voted. These are people calling from their home phones too. I'm seriously considering never voting again because of it, they LIE I also get letters in the mail telling me I'm a average voter, so they keep score on how often one goes to vote too.

Not sure, but I think they go by when you get a DL or IDWhen I moved here I hadn't voted yet but was summoned for jury duty.
