I'm in much better health than a lot of people my age that never smoked. The only thing I take is an occasional Sertraline when people madden me to my limit.
Doesn't bother me I'll see couples not talking looking all awkward feeling or people who can't relax because the kids are acting up, makes me glad to be by myself.
