My mom recently moved to an apartment and her neighbor upstairs has a habit of vacuuming several times a day. Starting as early as 6:30 a.m. and goes to as late as 11:30 p.m. Last count was eight times in a day. Yes, my mom is annoyed by it, she hates the sound of vacuum cleaners.
I get annoyed when I visit and hear the stomping and vacuuming up on the ceiling.
