she sounds like she money mad!!! Dont worry you never had a pre nup thing. That 35k was a gift. Tell her you will sell the house and split all in half. Thats the only thing you purchasee with her. In for a quick buck me thinks. Be very careful dont be walked on. If its a joint account you have every right to go into the bank and ask for a second card. Good luck with everything...so sad that
