Think the reason im single is because i was always looking over my shoulder for something better.... selfish and fickle i know... but grown up now at last... last relationship was 4 months ago for only 8 weeks... it was more of a fling than anything to be serious... he was mourning the loss of his dead wife of six years and so lived in the past... you could say there was 3 of us in the relationship... two alive and one dead!!! so had to end it as it was quiet draining at times.
THANKFULLY i have a loving loyal caring relationship with my dad.. my parents will be married 42 years this year and both respect each other.. dad is very easy going and a quiet gentle man... unfortanely he was diagnosed with cancer 4 weeks ago... starting treatment next friday.. his 71st birthday (a good omen) i think.. he buried his mam last week.. she was in her 95th year.. no suffering thank god... my gran was a very strong determined lady.. so hopefully my dad has the same genes... i received many of her diarys yesterday dating back to 1946.. it will be a honour and a pleasure to read them when i feel the time is right.

Hi all just back from doing a wee bit of grocery shopping.. whilst in tesco this dude on other checkout was checking me out.. gave a sly smile his way and got one back... as i was leaving the shop he was at the main door... stopped to chat being polite.. he said "when i saw you something happened me as he was pointing to his heart" i told him thats probably HEARTBURN anyway he told me he is from the middle east and only in ireland 3 weeks!! asked me would i meet up with him at weekend for a cup of "tea" how cute!!! he is a handsome guy and know he is younger than i am but he doesnt know that yet!!!! no prob with that so guys should i go for it?? nothing to lose... we both living in same village... im flathered... didnt think one finds love on the checkout in tesco lol
not anymore hon... things for personal use are long gone... we have too pay dearly for our habits these days.. eventually after the water charges come into force.. we will then have to pay for the air we breath once we step outside our own front door
just got my answer... watching blackmarket ireland and they just said by law one can bring back 800 non duty paid ciggerates.. thats 4 cartons of 200. good to know.. as only 20 euro a carton abroad.. where as here its 85 euro.. what a huge huge difference... RIP OFF IRELAND!!!
does anyone know whats the amount of ciggs you can bring home after being abroad? thats a 200 carton/sleeve... was told in holland last year i could bring back 8 cartons of 200 but dont think thats right.......
well gingernail the foundation is there already FRIENDSHIP.. i would say go for it girl... life is too short to ave ifs and buts.. dont think and just act on this one!!! ye never know it might be just what ye both need.... have fun and be happy
hi salanky she is checked reguraly and pleased to say no heart murmur but she does have to get her scent glands removed alright..poor mite... it costs 400 to 600 euro and thankfully half. ways there as hate seeing her in pain but she is very well at moment... have her insured with pet insure so hopefully they will pay a percentage of it... .
sorry to hear that sally.... its sometimes not meant to be! as they say "whats for you wont pass you by" but this wasnt meant for you at this time... i know it hurts right now but go with the pain it makes one stronger.... next time round you will have a better outlook and feel more positive... and there is always a next time.. never give up
yeah have to agree im a huge animal lover also love my own pooch to bits... never knew what unconditional love was till i got a dog.. she is a king charles calivier... her name is huney.. she is 4 years old... i spend a fortune on her weekly... ahh but she is so worth it
just booked the hotel two nights b&b looking forward to meeting ye all on my own... hope i wont be the only one annie weather should be a lot better by then...especially for driving conditions to all coming from far away... fingers crossed
