OK MASTER OBI ONE!!.... you are so right!!.....Depression should not be taking likely.....friends, family,music....going for walks or long drives will help too!!.......but sincerely talking to someone you trust and let your feelings go, cry and cry.........until you feel there is not more tears.......that helps too.....
