RE: confidence vs arrogance..

CONFIDENCE VS ARROGANCE..

Etiquette for both of the above, Always use manners to your advantage. Being arrogant or confident does not mean being rude and forgetting one's basic etiquette around others(i personally feel this is where the fine line comes in).with arrogance Manners serve as the means by which you maintain your aloofness and keep others distant - in a socially acceptable way.professor
Don't just talk superior; be superior. This does require effort on your behalf to demonstrate that you know more than others, meaning that you must know a lot about the industry, profession or activity by which you establish your superior status...and usually arrogance brings with it many enemies lol

One study in the States estimated that a minimum of 60% of how we
behave and feel is down to the skills we have learnt during life rather than our
inherited biological make-up. This means that even the most pessimistic,
insecure people can only inherit a maximum of 40% of their behavioural
and emotional characteristics. This means that your ability to be
confident lies essentially in your own hands...

me personally i like the confident cocky type

"If you cant accept a person as they are then as Micky said..you are heading for disaster"
the above falls under the number 1 catagory dont know how that can lead to disaster unless you choose wrongly

1. The man you CHOOSE is the one you GET.

rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing DEFFO NEED SOME TOLLERENCE in a situtation like that but then again maybe she thought she was bringing herself down to your mental age bracketroll eyes but i doubt it some how its hard for any woman to act the mental age of a 2 yr male unless she just drools wink wink

RE: What NOT to say on your first date?

agree or disagree

There are 3 profound truths about
relationships:

1. The man you CHOOSE is the one you GET.

2. YOU are ultimately responsible for your own
love life and selecting the right man.

3. You can't change a man, "make" a man become
mature or help him work on his issues. He has to
do that in his own way, based on his own internal
motivations.(4 you hope your part of his internal motivation)which leads me to considering agreeing with number 3

agree or disagree

It's not chronological.

You can meet a man/woman who's 25 years old and
already very mature and ready for a loving,
committed relationship where BOTH his/her needs and
his/her partner's needs are important to him/her.

Or, you can meet a man/woman who's 45 and still just
a "boy" "girl" in a lot of ways that affect how he/she is in
a relationship.!!!!!!

haha this is the agree or disagree section,
If you know what stage of maturity your man/woman is
in, you can better understand where he/she is coming
from and what you can - OR CAN'T DO - to change
the way he/she is in a relationship.
