Yep the greener grass has broken up many a good and sound relationship.....good point re my green grass no its just that I would like to settle in Ireland in a few years time and also I seem more compatible with Irishmen for some strange reason....so I thought I might as well start the ball rolling now

Oh my post wasnt aimed at you Trapr....it was just my thoughts after having read through all the male comments on this thread and their apparent preference for foreign women......the grass is always greener blah blah......also I can understand why some women appear standoffish in the pub situation...I can relate to that because of some of the drunken creeps that may approach you, they think they are Godsgift (not you Keith lol) and that you should be happy to have them......sometimes in that situation you have to be blunt. So it is not the ideal place to meet I agree....thats why I joined this site at least you can sort the men from the boys before you meet.

I dont know......if all you guys are such experts in the perfect woman and are so negative and I think hostile towards Irishwomen, then why are you all single and on an Irish dating site looking for an Irish woman.....I came on here looking for an Irishman...now Im not so sure....

well Mike I was a bit suprised by your posts too...but I just put it down to you kinda having an off day or two....we all get them and thats when the negativity starts to creep in. I would say though that if thats your life experience then who are we to question your outlook or opinions....dont be afraid to say what you feel even if its not what everyone wants to hear.....but thinking more positively will bring you more happiness...jmo
