Woah...this is getting kinda competitive!conversing laugh wave

Whom would you match on CS?

I was thinking of someone for Bowie myself...but then I thought - the guy seems a tad flighty...dunno laugh

Whom would you match on CS?

Yeah, I was kind of wondering about Bulldog myself. Good-looking guy, good humor, personality... Hmmmmm... We might be onto something here, Dana....

RE: Is Getting Fired Enough??????

You should check out what was happening in Sacramento, California, near my previous residence. THe police were routinely beating the crap out of prisoners in their jail. They had so many lawsuits going on about the time I left for my paradise here in SD, that it half the lawyers in Sacramento were on the case.roll eyes It's unbelievable that this kind of thing could go on in a supposedly civilized country.

No, HK, it's not enough.

SHeesh...Ken likes bananas? I didn't realize he was holding out on me...mumbling dunno laugh hug

Whom would you match on CS?

Just calling it like it is, Ken. But you're smart to give your heart a bit of time to heal.

Far as I know, Dana's free as a bird at the moment...

I think Irish matched you with Robert, Serenity...conversing confused wave

Whom would you match on CS?

Wow, that's a bold concept, Irish. Very bold indeed...

I still think SF and X look and sound like twin souls, but I guess I can see Claire and SF having some chemistry. They do both have kids, are only a few years apart...but - Claire has stated a firm preference for older men, and she's a very poised and mature lady for her tender years, whereas I think SF is still rather a wildchild...hard to say...dunno wave

Whom would you match on CS?

You should see me in my see-through pink-flamingo crotchless nightgown, Arlene! That's a sight to make grown women cry and men (hereabouts) reach for their shotguns...uh oh dancing

Whom would you match on CS?

If I'm understanding you correctly, D, you want a girl who appreciates doggerel?

Whom would you match on CS?

Good luck with that, Trouble (maybe you shouldn't have warned them...or maybe that will work to your advantage because they'll scurry into your path to be captured?)confused wave laugh

Whom would you match on CS?

Thanks, Arlene. Yeah, I do like her a lot, and there's some strange chemistry between us...but I'm not sure if we could ever resolve the "who wears the skirt in the family" issue...confused dunno smitten

Whom would you match on CS?

Oh - please don't be shy about matching yourself up with someone. Not that I expect any of you to have the guts to do that!laugh tongue

Whom would you match on CS?

Okay, here I go again (please shoot me now).

I'm thinking of Dana and Ken. On one hand, you got a tall, good-looking, good-humored, intelligent, sensitive guy with a good heart (that's a lotta "goods"laugh); on the other hand, you got a beautiful young lady, very funny and playful, well-spoken, intelligent, with a heart that size of, well, Colorado.

What's not to love about these two?dunno wave hug

Whom would you match on CS?

Okay, I'm going to go out on a limb here about two people I respect and like very much: Robert Wantin and Claire.

They're both around the same age, are charming and funny, attractive, with an inner core of sweetness and compassion. I think they both are fun people who enjoy getting out and possibly even getting it on. They're both smokers (I believe they're both trying to quitlaugh).

Yeah, I think they just might be a match made in CS Heaven...?confused thumbs up love wave lips

Tall, Dark and Handsome versus Tall, Blond, and Handsome?

I found it a garage sale. What can I say? It virtually shrieked out my name...uh oh dunno wave

Whom would you match on CS?

I know, it's been a zillion times before, but from time to time it seems like a good idea to refresh our idea of ideal pairings here.

I'd like to name some couples that on paper strike me as good matches (irrespective of distance), and then explain the reasons for my choice.

First on the Matches Plate: Xtabentun and Stressfree.

Here we have two beautiful people glowing with youth, sensuality, and health. Hell, they look to me like they could be brother and sister (which would make it even more interesting). They're around the same age, share a strange sense of humor and overall perspective, as well as a dash of alternate spirituality.

What more could one ask for? Too bad they live so far apart...

Jeff

Tall, Dark and Handsome versus Tall, Blond, and Handsome?

I've often wondered why the "tall, dark, and handsome" guy became the preeminent description - aka, archetype - of the kind of man women find attractive.

Why not "tall, *blond (light?)*, and handsome"?confused dunno mumbling

RE: Are you a date fibber?

Well, perhaps "Most" might be more accurate...laugh wave hug

RE: Has any one seen the movie "Death Sentence" with Kevin Bacon??

wave thumbs up And speaking of kids, Claire, I have a question for you about them offlist....confused hug

RE: Has any one seen the movie "Death Sentence" with Kevin Bacon??

I would love to get revenge, but I wouldn't want to ruin my life pursuing it. If the opportunity availed itself to kill the murderer I would happily do it.

RE: did I do something wrong?

You dodged a bullet. The guy is certifiable.wave

RE: Obama 57.....

laugh Ah, well. Obama would clearly be horrible for this country, as opposed to McCain, who clearly would be its savior, much in the way that Bush so clearly has been.

It's too bad Paul felt he had to drop out. He represented a *real* alternative, as opposed to Tweedledum and Tweedledee.
