The Question here is, is Humanity a child waiting to take its first step, or is it a rebellious lay-about Teenager who is trashing the house and bullying his brothers and sisters(other species), all the while thinking he's mommy's most precious child? The whole child analogy is a good one here. Maybe its time that Humanity, one and all took responsibility and started acting like an adult?
ln relation to the core having changed what l see is something akin to the mechanism in a coo-coo clock, the cogs move one at a time, until finally you get the "Coo-Coo" in 2012-2013, but we will only know the exact moment when we hear it! ln relation to Compassion/Heart l have continued to use the term Heart, because there is a subtle difference between the two: there is a softness in compassion that "indulges" resistance, but Heart does not indulge, all are accountable for themselves and their resistance. There is no difference between any of us, we are all equally accountable for ourselves and our behaviour. lt is said that those who do not make the transition with the Earth will find themselves reborn on another 3rd dimensional planet in the same karmic circumstances as they are currently experiencing.
The Sacred Human is actually a very simple being relative to where we are at today with our technology. lt could be said that all indigenous tribal or Shamanic peoples live(d) as Sacred Humans, in Harmony with the Earth which they see as Mother. They saw/see themselves as part of the ecosystem and did no harm, but saw themselves rather as the care-takers of the ecosystem. The Dineh(Navaho) have what they call "The Beauty Way" their prayer is: May Beauty be before me, May Beauty be behind, May Beauty be above me, May Beauty be beneath me, May Beauty be all around me, all the days of my life May l walk in Beauty, and when l leave this Earth walk, May l leave behind only foot steps of Beauty. To be "In Beauty" is to be in Harmony with Mother Earth and her worlds: Mineral, Plant, Animal, Tolilique(Nature Spirits). The Human World is not seen as a world of the Earth, but rather it is for us to learn to walk upon the Earth without harming her. lt is said that when a Human dies having not lived ln Beauty then the inherent toxicity and negativity within their energy system is released into the environment and this accumulates over time. This energy could be seen as what is released through earth-quakes and volcanic activity. So this activity is essential at this time, and if the Earth is viewed with Heart, or Compassion in your terms, then it will be seen as a positive move towards the purification of the greater System. l've heard it said that there are two types of Spirituality: The Ascenders and the Descenders. Ascenders will have more difficulty with being Sacred Humans due to their aspiration to Ascend away from life on Earth, but actually the Earth herself is Ascending, there is a misapprehension as all that needs to be Transcended is contained within the Human world, but much of this is projected outside of ourselves. What is happening now and through 2012 is actually a very simple Natural process. At this time the Earth is in the 3rd dimension/density, if you or l have already evolved to the 4th, or 5th, then when the Earth moves up one level so will we. However if one is outside of the Natural process then they may not move up at all. At the end of the day, the Earth is a Celestial Body, a part of the greater Universe, to be in Harmony with her is to be in Harmony with all that She is in Harmony with, ie the rest of the Universe. There is much Self-lmportance in the Human World, and we'd like to think that we are more complicated and evolved than the Earth, but the Truth is we are the biggest obstacle to her ascension.
As l understand it, the 4th is the bridge to the upper wheels, the conduit through which the Soul(Nagual Self)communicates with the manifest being (Tonal Self). So essentially once this is opened some would go past it to the 5th with ease, even to the 6th and 7th depending on their Orende, as chi is to the Body, orende is to the Soul. We call the 5th the place of the Sacred Human, one who lives in harmony with their environment, sees the Spirit of the Earth so to speak. So when they say that the Earth is moving to the next density in your terms, Sacred Humans will automatically move with her regardless of the level of their awareness, as being one with their environment they are essentially one with her. So l suppose the sources that say 4th density would have opening that as their purpose or intent, and those that say 5th would have that?
Okay, so had a read of the OP. so here's my perspective on the whole 2012 phenomenon: Firstly what happens at the physical level is that we cross the Galactic equator, a good analogy for this would be to see the Galaxy like the planet Saturn, a great sphere with a disk (rings) surrounding it. ln 2012 our Solar system moves into this central disk of the Galaxy, essentially whats happening astronomically is an alignment of our sun with the Galactic Centre. So when our sun and moon align we get a Solar eclipse and the combined gravity of both cause Spring Tides as the oceans are pulled toward them. There are also tides in the magma beneath the earths surface, and scientific data will show that volcanic activity often accompanies these events. Well 2012 will be a Galactic alignment, so a much grander scale. So many of the prophesies of shifting poles, earth-quakes, volcanic eruptions and the like are quite possible, tho much of this is already in progress. lt is said that these simply reflect the resistance and fixations within humanity, and that they will be lessened by humanity releasing these themselves, otherwise the planet must do it Herself. So at physical level this is it. This level we call "The Tonal" essentially all things Manifest are The Tonal. The Tonal has an invisible Counter-part, this is called "The Nagual". What Humanity is dealing with is an over identification with The Tonal. Thats where l'll leave it for now....
We call them Light Mirrors and Dark Mirrors, Light Mirrors reflect that which is fluid, flexable and "ln Beauty" while Dark Mirrors reflect that which is fixed, and resistant in our energy.
Much of our terminology is different, but l think we're on the same page. We call this World-Cross. Happens every 25900(ish) years, interestingly our sun is supposed to be 25-26k light years from the centre of the galaxy. The Great cycle runs through each of the elements, and this is the 4th ending, the element of Earth, as seen in the materialistic view that is held and being dropped as we are entering into the 5th, the Cycle of Ether, Where thought is manifest without Time between the Thought and the Manifestation of that Thought.
Another paradox as well, energy has no where to go but here. Everything we engage in is self reflection. There's no 'out there'.
All is a Mirror, everyone we deal with is a mirror of an aspect of ourselves, especially watch for those things that irritate you in another, those things are in you. When you deal with it in you, "the other changes or leaves the stage". lt is said that when you have refined yourself and have no more need of the Mirror, you then become the Mirror.
Nothing l can disagree with here, actually what is said from about 4 mins in until the end is the way l choose generally speaking. My favourite definition of insanity is: Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.
Check out Mithra, what l've read is that most of the Roman army were followers of Mithra at the time of Constantine, the Emperor who made Christianity the State Religion in the 4th century. Don't mention politics!
That's it, you stick doggedly to what you little you know And l'll relax knowing what l know, not feeling in the slightest bit interested in jumping through hoops to make you see any other perspective. Why would l bother, to push against resistance only adds energy to the resistance. l have a personal relationship with a Nagual, and am assimilating the Toltec Teachings from this source, l have read Theun's books and can see that he knows what he's talking about. We say there are 4 enemies, all show themselves in some way, one is called "Clarity" its the "l know l'm Right" mindset that refuses to be open, or to have its rightness questioned. George Bush is a great example.
He's south african, not british lol. l never said that the Toltec tradition originated in Mesoamerica, that was an assumption made, because of something you read.
l'm only a little familiar with Don Miguel, every Nagual carries their own unique energy, and so have their own unique interpretation of the teachings. Much like the Sufi Baraka, the energy of the Nagual will detemine how the Teachings are presented. We call these lineages, l'm from a different lineage. This is quite a complicated affair, but my lineage focuses primarily on Dreaming, essentially being a Dreamer Lineage, tho it is not exclusive to Dreamers. lt is said that there a four types of people, Dreamers, Stalkers, Seers, and Naguals. Every Nagual is a Seer, and will have developed Dreaming and Stalking equally, but will have a prediliction for either Dreaming or Stalking. My Teacher is a Dreamer by prediliction, and this will have an effect on how the Teachings are presented. lt's a long time since l read Don Miguel's books, and when l did l wasn't aware of what l am now, so don't know his prediliction, but generally those Nagual's that write to bring the Teachings to posterity are Stalkers by prediliction. A good example of this is Theun Mares, in his books the ego is hardly mentioned at all. He can be found on youtube.
lf you compare him to Don Miguel, you'll probably find that there is little correlation between how they present the Teachings, tho the core Teachings are the same. This is because the Teachings are separated into two distinct catagories: Teachings for the Right-side, and Teachings for the Left-side. The Right-side can be equated with the Manifest and the Left-side with the Unmanifest.
Now that is a big one! and it's time for me to sleep, but there is one thing that is unique to the Toltec path, and that is the assemblage point. Seen as a bright spot on the energy body, how one perceives the world is determined by where the assemblage point is positioned on the energy body, to have a fluid perception is to be able to move the assemblage point at will, but most have a fixed assemblage point. The ego is what fixes the assemblage point in place, so it has a purpose. But if it is in control we lose our fluid perception. But again once we have moved the assemblage point we need to be able to fix it at the new location, so it is not about erasing ego, it is about having it serve its purpose. Essentially what the ego does is fix us within time and space, so l wouldn't say that it is the microcosm in that it clearly has its limitations.
No offence dude, but l'm no more enlightened or aware for having gone through and followed the exchange, except perhaps to say that l have learned that Prana has more patience than l do, but then the path he walks requires that of him where mine does not! From my perspective, what l think there is an absence of is Harmony, but that in no way effects the oneness. So the question for me is: is the stance you take one that makes you an agent for Harmony, or an agent for disharmony, do you contribute to the problem that you perceive, or do you work to antidote it? Not a question to you personally, but one l think we need to ask ourselves, like l said no offence intended.
As each wheel is opened it brings the Challenges and Karma of that wheel, when this has been worked through we can then move to the next, tho the 11 and 12, 13 and 14 are opened as pairs...
yup, then as the eastern traditions say humans have 7 chakra, we see 20, each is a link to each of these, but opening the higher wheels requires the assistance of one who have already had them opened. Where it began, who knows!
Okay, l think what you would call compassion we would call Heart, and so it could be said that there are two types of Toltecs, those who follow a path with Heart, and those who use the teaching for personal gain, this is called the path of high adventure. lt is said that there are those beyond the human who are the keepers of Karma, it is they who decide whether you are shown compassion or not, and this would depend on how much Heart you have yourself. But it should be said that we don't much go in for a lot of the fluffy spiritual stuff that the new agers go for. lt is called "The Warriors Path" and Freedom is the goal, freedom from Self-Pity, Self lmportance and Self-lndulgence, and no Warrior would ask to be pitied, indulged or feel he was entitled to be! lgnorance is not an acceptable excuse, if you look at the word, lgnore-ance. lts all too easy to say, but l didn't know. Better to accept the consequences of your actions with good grace, show gratitude for the Teaching as it moves you closer to Freedom. So yes Compassion has its place, but there is a unique slant on it, we strive for "Ruthlessness with Heart"
