That is so kind of you dear Amity! I am human I make mistakes and I am not always nice (you must see me driving or in my activities) but i do try to I really do.
At this stage of my life I feel that every person, every time.... deserves better from me and I try it with all my heart and i do enjoy it.
I love to cook even for just myself. I go the restaurant(Italian, Argentinian or Chinese) mostly with friends and we spend a great evening there.
When I am really busy then I would get something to take home, get some flowers or just one, have a glass of table wine and dinner by myself.
In a little while I will prepare pasta with squid and its ink(canned, it is quite inexpensive here about 1 US dollar per 100 gr drain wt) cooked in white wine and some herbs (thyme or dill) a salad with some lettuce and fresh cherry tomatoes, black olives and palmito with avocado oil and aceto balsamico di Modena.
Of course Time4fun There are many good eggs in here if not all, lovely British people and their way of expressing is unique to their culture and I can seea great heart in them.
Quite right, Siberia!! There is a transsiberian train from Beijing(China) to Moscow (Russia) 5,800 km. You can step down to some cities and get the next train.
