hey.... what I find boring some other people find extremely exciting for some very obscure reason, and some other people would find plain boring what I find really exciting, funny or interesting.

I get angry when I see someone being abused either verbally of physically, I hate it when people use other people, i hate it when people are left defencelss, Idon't know whether that's anger or frustration.
how do I cope? Idon't know. Help if I can, when not... then I get angrier.
can it be useful?
yes... in my case, it is... I think I'm lazy so if something sets the sparks, then I get going.
