Sorry not taking the bait.I'm not that deserate to take any man off the internet.Sweet nothings mean nothing to me anyway. A mans actions speak alot louder then words.
I don't worry about it either I just call my son.It may take him a bit to get back to me cause of being in the Army and all.But at least I don't have to put up with rude anymore.
I have had to remind a few tho if if it weren't for the consumer they're jobs wouldn't excist.
If I have an issue with any computer/internet related items I contact my son.
Had the same problem as you of speaking to a rep who I had a hard time understanding.When I asked that rep if I could speak to someone that I could understand I was accused of being rude.Go figure.
I've hsd similar problems and have found my popup blocker is on and won't let me open certain items.Sometimes I have to click it for it to allow me to open them.

I think whomever it was ran out of materials when it came to some of the politicans we have now.I'm sure there are maybe a few exceptions to the rule but I doubt it.
