Apparently the pictures of his body are very gruesome so the USA are very reluctant to actually show them. Guess this whole thing won't blow over though until people know for 100% that he is dead. My thoughts are that he is dead as knowing the way his mind works he would have appeared on tv by now mocking America.
As has been said Rome is a beautiful city. Not sure if anyone mentioned the trevi fountain but that in my opinion is a must see.
One word of advice though please watch your belongings in tourist areas & on public transport. Rome is notorious for pickpockets & i was 'targetted' 3 times in one day. Although i was fortunate enough not to actually lose anything i did grab hold of the last person who tried to put his hand in my pocket & threw him to the ground. Have a wonderful time but don't flash camera's etc around too much .
You dream about what could have been. I think you should try & contact this young lady & see if she is single. Sounds to me like you are still in love with her
