No, not at all. Just enjoy visiting new countries & cities & with the availability of cheap flights & because i work long hours & get lots of time off it's quite do - able for me
Ryanair, Easyjet & Wizzair are all cheap as chips & i'm the guy when it comes to getting the best deals anyway - Have flown to places like Valencia, Seville, Berlin, Dortmund etc for less than £2 return all in as i have a prepaid card to avoid the silly extra fees .
The New York trip cost me £171 for the flight & a brilliant hotel for 3 nights near times square
Andorra - Loved it, great mountain views & fresh air.
Austria - Bregenz - lovely lakeside town. Innsbruck - very wet during visit so cannot easily say good or bad about this city.
Belgium - visited Charleroi, Liege, Brugge, Ostend, Brussels. Brugge fav out of those.
Bosnia - Sarajevo - Was ok but bad toilet facilities
Bulgaria - Sofia - had big problems with their alphabet but ok city.
Czech Republic - Prague - beautiful city, have been many times, Marianske Lazne - great place for complete relaxation & spas.
Denmark - Copenhagen - again wet weather but saw all the mahor sights of the city.
Estonia - Tallinn - Rained the whole trip ( not having much luck here ) beautiful old town in Tallinn.
France - too many cities to mention visited . Did NOT like Paris at all
Germany - again visited many German cities. Bremen & Berlin favourites.
Gibraltar - loved driving up the rock to see the apes
Hungary - Budapest - very average city. Unhappy looking inhabitants.
Ireland - all over Ireland really. Glendalough & Ring of Kerry both very beautiful areas.
Italy - been about 8 Italian cities. Venice & Florence definate favourites. Got put off Rome by pickpockets & did not like Milan much.
Latvia - Riga - nice city but extremely cold on my first visit there at - 35 degrees
Lithuania - love it. Have driven across centre of the country. Vilnius is a very pretty city & Kaunas & Klaipeda both hold great memories
Luxembourg - Heavy rain whole visit so cannot really say.
Malta - had a couple of holidays there & would say it's ok but lacks much to do for the average tourist.
Netherlands - Amsterdam - great place, lots to do & see. Anne Frank house was probably highlight. Eindhoven - extremely boring place, definately not going back.
Poland - Warsaw - still undecided was ok but not very touristy. Krakow - lovely place ( also visited Auschwitz whilst there ). Wroclaw - bit boring if i'm honest. Gdansk - very nice area of Poland - Sopot especially well worth a visit.
Portugal - Porto - very boring city.
Romania - Bucharest - enjoyed 6 day trip but the enormous stray dog problem is very upsetting. Spent most of the time feeding them. Some good interesting museums in Bucharest.

Slovakia - Bratislava - lovely city on the river Danube.
Slovenia - Ljubljana - funnily enough don't recall much about Ljubljana even though trip was only about 5 years ago
Spain - pretty much everywhere. Favourite cities are Barcelona & Bilbao. Did not like Madrid, Santander or Valladolid. One of my fav places in the whole world is in Spain
Switzerland - Geneva - rained whole visit but lovely lake Schaffhausen - rheinfall = definately one of Europes greatest sights
Turkey - Istanbul - mad city but really liked it. Grand Bazarr & the sights around there are a must visit once in your life.
Ukraine - Kiev - alphabet problems but the local female population make this city well worth going to over & over again . Some great tourist sights too in Kiev
USA - Florida - went on honeymoon & don't need to descibe this place. Full of fun for whole family. New York - the big apple is well ---- big loved it, did all the touristy things & cannot wait to return.
