Most famous people i have spoken to would be Tiger Woods ( at a golf practice day ), Frank Carson ( on a train going to a football match, apparently he's a West Ham fan ) & Bruce Forsythe who sat opposite me on a British Airways flight to Malaga.

Not really but tried a shirt on a few years ago in a department store which was too small & broke a button. Put the shirt back on the hanger & back on the rail
At the moment i fancy Damascus in Syria for my next trip but have been to too many beautiful places to mention. New York, Venice, Glendalough in Ireland Poland & Lithuania are amongst my favourites
This is a serious thing & it's easy for any of us to say we will sort him out or offer advice but truth is most of us live too far away to physically help anyway.
I don't know if where you live you live in a row of houses or are you cut off from other people ? Neighbours getting together & 'speaking' to this person may be the answer as i assume you know who it is & this can be done in daylight hours.
